Questions
Commission is tiered from 10% to 15% of the contract value, based on how many referred contracts close in a given quarter: 10% for 1–4, 12% for 5–14, and 15% for 15 or more. The Tier 2 rate needs 5 closed referrals within the quarter. On an average $15,000/yr contract at 12%, that is about $1,800 per client, with no further work for the partner.
Commissions are paid quarterly for the life of each referred contract. We track what has been earned and what is still pending.
